A non-profit organization protecting the rights of individuals

TEXAS OUTING: American Mining and Prospecting Organization, (AMPO) We do not have any outings planned at this time.

AMPO now has a new claim in New Mexico just up out of Red River. This claim looks very exciting. The area is also full of lots of things to do. Red River also has a whole host of camp grounds with easy access to the historic town some by shuttle bus. Many of the surrounding hills have mines and old cabins to explore. RAFFLE TICKETS ARE NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE

America's Mining and Prospecting is a California based charitable Corporation with a 501 (c) (3) IRS tax status. ALL DONATIONS GIVEN TO OUR CORPORATE PURPOSES ARE TAX DEDUCTIBLE. Our success will only be realized by your tax deductible membership, donations and involvement. Thank you.

Why AMPO? Founded by a group of outdoor enthusiasts, AMPO associates have an actual say (vote) in the direction of how their moneys are spent and what is in the best interest nationwide for individuals and groups who love the outdoors.

AMPO is designed to have a handle on what the prospectors, miners, treasure hunters, gem collectors and rock hounds want in all parts of this Nation of Ours. We will have certain restraints put on us by the stated purpose of the corporation, but when the need arises those purposes can be realigned to meet the needs of our public.

A non-profit like ours is under the direction of the public, not a small group of owners. The CEO or President will always have to follow the vote and direction of the officers. To get your voice heard, talk to an officer! We hope that we will gain your support and trust with our endeavors.
